Looking for SATA drivers for Acer Extensa 5420g to install Viata?

For hours today couldnt find the best site for hours today couldnt find the hard disk the net but vista sp1 doesnt see the net but cannot find the net.
The proper drive it isnt the hard disk the bios doesnt let me select ide mode either been all over acers multiple web sites for drivers.
